BOOKING REGULATION
Feniks Cup wants to offer both participants and supporters a good accommodation during their stay in Bitola. Therefore, we collaborate with a couple of hotels in the city to offer you great prices and the best service available. See our booking regulations below.
PAYMENTS

25% of the total booking amount is due 30 days after the booking is registered. If the part payment is not done, the rooms will be cancelled.

The remaining balance is due June 1.

CANCELATION
​

If the hotel booking is cancelled before June 1, the total amount minus 25% is refunded.

If the hotel booking is cancelled after June 1 the hotel cost is refundable only if showing a medical certificate.

CHECK IN/OUT
​
Check in after 12.00 on the arrival day.
Check out before 14.00 on the departure day.

Cancellation policies for hotel bookings
​
Cancellation before June 1 will be charged 25 % of the room fee.
Cancellation after June 1 will be charged 100 % of the room fee (a part of the payment can be refundable when providing a medical certificate).

Cancellation policies for the participation fee

Refunds of accommodation fees could only be made when the Feniks Cup receives your withdrawal notice before June 1. The team fee can not be refunded.
